Attorney enrolled in the Bergamo Register since November 26, 1991 and in the Supreme Court since February 22, 2008, with office in Bergamo.

From 1996 to 2001 and again from 2010 to 2018 member of the Council of the Bergamo Bar Association, also as secretary.

Since 2001 referee for national disputes between clubs and athletes within the Italian Basketball Federation.

From 2003 to 2008 member of the assembly of the OAU (Unitary Body of the Advocacy) as delegate for the district of Brescia and member of the treasury office and then secretariat of the Executive.

Since 1997 he has been a national councilor of the ANF (National Forensic Association) and since 2000 he has been a member of the editorial board and columnist of the magazine "Legge & Rovescio".

Currently member of the scientific committee of the Forensic School set up by the Council of the Bergamo Bar Association.
