TRAINING

Graduated cum laude from the University of Trento, in 2021 he obtained a second level master's degree in tax law at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan.

He participated as a speaker in seminars on international trade law and comparative contract law organized by the Shanghai University of Political Science and Law as part of the Sino Italian Legal Clinics project in the years 2021 and 2022.

 

PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY

Lawyer of the Brescia Bar, he usually advises Italian companies interested in expanding their business on foreign markets, assisting them in the negotiation and drafting of international commercial contracts. He has assumed representation and defense positions in arbitration proceedings administered by the International Court of Arbitration at the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
