PROFESSIONAL PATH

Graduated from the University of Bergamo, on 26/04/2017, with a thesis in Civil Law on the subject of the responsibilities of the condominium administrator. In 2017 he obtained the certificate of Data Protection Officer Privacy, passing the exam at the ICAF high training institute. From 2017 to 2018 she was co-head of the ICAF mediation desk in Bergamo. Since 14 October 2020 he has been a lawyer registered with the Bergamo Bar Association, co-manager of the first listening desk for real estate brokers, set up by FIMAA Bergamo.

She participated as a speaker in seminars on real estate law and condominium law organized by Gabetti Tech Condominio and Fimaa Bergamo.

 

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Lawyer of the Bergamo bar, since the early years of his university career he has attended several law firms, gaining skills in real estate law. Since 2015 he has collaborated with the JLC Law Firm and is responsible for the real estate and privacy area of the JLC Study Center. He routinely advises various condominium administration firms, real estate brokers and Italian companies, assisting them both in the judicial and extrajudicial phases. He also collaborates with the company La Panoramica srl offering advice to companies on privacy matters. In the last two years he has deepened skills in the field of contracts for the execution of works that benefit from the tax deductions governed by Legislative Decree 34/2020 and subsequent amendments, also known as "Eco-Sisma Bonus".
