PROFILE

Graduated with full marks from the University of Bergamo, with a thesis in International Tax Law, Since October 2020 she is a lawyer registered with the Bergamo Bar Association, and is part of the JLC Law Firm of Bergamo, with which she collaborates since 2018.

She is a co-founder member of the JLC Study Center.

Non-profit Study Center, which is responsible for promoting the study, training, deepening, economic and legal analysis of legal issues related to real estate law, the protection of privacy, corporate law and the crisis of company, financial instruments, financial markets, the protection of savings in all its feasible forms.

As a member of the JLC Study Center she participates in the scientific coordination of the training activity of ISC Mediazioni - Istituto Superiore di Conciliazione - Bergamo.

 

MAIN AREAS of COMPETENCE

Provides out-of-court and judicial assistance and advice on corporate and commercial law, tax law and business crisis. He had the opportunity to investigate the issue related to tenders in the context of the advice provided to companies in the context of tax benefits governed by Legislative Decree 34/2020 and subsequent amendments, also known as "Eco-Sisma Bonus" or "Superbonus" .
